Excellent!! The staff was very helpful and caring. Well lighted and comfortable surroundings. Fast service and friendly people. Massive modern furnished rooms. Plenty of coffee. The convenience of the hotel right at Gillette Stadium is wonderful. The Hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful, the rooms were clean as well as the overall property. We chose a room with a stadium view which is nice. There is also plenty to do at Patriot Place all right outside the hotel doors.

Had a fantastic stay at this location. The staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Julia. She had great customer service and was very responsive to requests. Also a shout-out to Blake and Paula who were also very kind. The waitress (didnt get her name) was not annoyed and super patient with accommodating my meal.
The rooms are neat and clean. Facilities are up-to-date and rooms are not old. There are 2 views either the parking lot or stadium. Parking lot is small but theres more options close by. The hotel is surrounded by restaurants, bars, shopping and activities.

I did not stay here because THEY CANCELED my CONFIRMED RESERVATION because the stadium booked a concert. In other words, a confirmed reservation means nothing at this hotel. It is only good if nothing better comes along. Beware!!
